Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "toto21", "we", "us", "our" refers to the toto21 platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities operating under the international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the toto21 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the toto21 website at toto21.bar, including all casino games, sportsbook services, payment interfaces, and associated features.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful registration with toto21.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a Player's toto21 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by toto21 that are subject to wagering requirements and separate terms before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification procedures toto21 applies to player accounts in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to toto21 is restricted or blocked under applicable law or the terms of the operating licence.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with toto21, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all interactions with the toto21 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, casino gameplay, sports betting, live casino participation, and bonus redemption.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to immediately cease use of the toto21 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

toto21 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the toto21 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. toto21 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will require documentary proof of age upon request.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, and automated entities are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of toto21 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing toto21 account. Each individual is entitled to maintain only one active account.
• You must not have previously been excluded from toto21 or had an account terminated for breach of these terms.

toto21 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your toto21 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

toto21 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification to add an additional layer of security to their accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number linked to your toto21 account remains current and accessible.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify toto21 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. toto21 will take all reasonable steps to assist in securing the account upon receiving such notification. However, toto21 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

toto21 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from toto21 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits & Payments

toto21 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. toto21 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (or equivalent in USDT). Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method.
• toto21 does not charge fees on deposits. Your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which toto21 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your toto21 balance within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are typically credited within one business hour during normal banking hours.
• USDT TRC20 deposits require a minimum of one network confirmation before funds are credited to your account.

toto21 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any deposit if there is reason to believe the transaction has been made fraudulently, without the account holder's authorisation, or in breach of these terms. In such cases, the deposit may be withheld pending the outcome of the review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your toto21 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and confirmation of your payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200. Maximum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are processed on the same day, typically within two to four hours of the request being submitted during business hours.
• Bank withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within one business day.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within four hours during normal operating hours, subject to network conditions.

toto21 does not charge fees on withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods. Any charges applied by your bank, mobile wallet, or payment processor are outside toto21's control and are the Player's responsibility.

toto21 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal where additional identity verification is required, where an investigation into the account is ongoing, or where the withdrawal has been flagged for compliance review. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason where permissible under applicable compliance procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

toto21 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all toto21 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified toto21 account and who are not subject to any account restrictions at the time of the offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance and are used last, after your real-money balance has been exhausted.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Only wagers on eligible games contribute towards meeting wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game type will be specified in the relevant offer terms.
• Bonuses that have not been claimed or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
• toto21 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and are in the process of meeting its wagering requirements will not be retroactively affected by such changes.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing matched bets across opposing outcomes to manufacture turnover, or using automated betting patterns — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of associated funds, and potential account suspension.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the toto21 sportsbook are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, which are published in the toto21 sportsbook help section. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on toto21:

• All bets are accepted at toto21's sole discretion. toto21 reserves the right to decline any bet, restrict maximum bet amounts, or impose betting limits on individual accounts at any time.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised prior to the relevant event commencing.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds have been published due to a technical fault or human error that is clearly inconsistent with market pricing at the time — toto21 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Voided bets are returned to the Player's balance at the original stake amount.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result criteria are met, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules. In most cases, stakes are returned for cancelled events unless the specific market terms provide otherwise.
• toto21 reserves the right to delay or withhold settlement of any bet where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or violation of these terms. The account may be suspended pending investigation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be declined at any time during live play without notice.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the toto21 platform — including but not limited to slots, live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, and other table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of each game.

The following conditions apply to all casino gameplay on toto21:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. toto21 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a casino game session, the game round will be completed automatically where the system permits. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Player's balance.
• toto21 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's use of a poor internet connection, device failure, or browser incompatibility during gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the relevant game interface. These limits may be adjusted at toto21's discretion.
• Live casino games are subject to availability. toto21 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific live table or dealer at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto21 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting schemes.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate profit.
• Laundering money or using the toto21 platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing toto21 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the toto21 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the toto21 platform — including but not limited to the toto21 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of toto21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the toto21 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any toto21 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of toto21's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the toto21 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from technical faults, disconnections, or platform outages beyond toto21's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from account suspension, bet voiding, or platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit toto21's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. toto21's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

toto21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request or compliance trigger.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in any criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve consecutive months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as stated in the applicable fee schedule.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, toto21 will return the verifiable real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
